Refund & Cancellation Policy

Introduction

“GENRO“ is committed to your satisfaction. Suppose you have purchased subscriptions or credits from GENRO and are unhappy with the product used. In that case, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 3 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds of Digital/Subscription Based Goods:

To be eligible for a refund on any digital/subscription-based goods, the following steps must be taken:

  • A request for a refund must be made within 3 days of the original purchase date.
  • The account must not have used more than 20 credits.

Cancellation

Once you cancel a subscription, you won't be charged for future subscription fees. Past subscription fees won't be refunded. If you have questions, contact the developer through [email protected].
